All for Books: Rounding Up
You can offer customers the opportunity to round up their purchase to the nearest dollar and donate the change to All for Books.
When con rming your Fair information on the register, you will have the option to offer this feature. The box to offer this is checked by default (Fig. A).
If you choose to participate, a prompt will display during checkout for all sales (Fig. B). If you do
not want to offer shoppers this option, uncheck
the box.
During the Fair, you can manage this setting at any time. From your Home screen, tap FAIR INFO to change the selection.

Donations must be scanned into the register before they are redeemed. If donations are made BEFORE the Fair begins, process all of them through the device on the rst day of the Fair.
Donations made DURING the Fair should be tallied and processed daily.
Processing a Donation:
1. On the sales screen, tap ALL FOR BOOKS.
2. Tap ALL FOR BOOKS $0.00 to enter an amount.
3. Enter the donation amount on the keypad and tap DONE.
• If any additional items are being purchased, scan them. • Tap CHECKOUT and complete the payment process.
