p Reading Sheriff. Appoint your principal as the Reading Sheriff for the Book Fair. He/she can appoint teachers or students as Reading Deputies.
Invite faculty, volunteers, and people from your community into the school to read stories aloud during the Fair.

p Talk it up. Have students share booktalks over the school news or PA. Then, post those booktalks next to the book at the Fair. Toolkit keyword: BOOKTALK
