Get families into your school and reading together.
Benefits

• Promote your events using social media three to four weeks out to get on busy family calen- dars. Toolkit keyword: SOCIAL MEDIA
• Schedule multiple events before, during, and after school so all family members have the chance to attend.
• Combine your Family Event with an already scheduled event, such as parent/teacher conferences, an open house, or a school festival. Take advantage of an event already on their calendar!
• Promote your event with emails, flyers, and students or teachers wearing sandwich boards in the drop-off/pickup areas.
• Enter students who bring a parent with them in a raffle.
• Serve finger foods to families before they shop the Fair and include fun activities for all ages.
