There are two ways to process a return: with a receipt or without a receipt. To get started, you must rst tap on COMPLETED at the top, middle of the screen (Fig. A).

Returns With a Receipt
1. Scan the barcode on the receipt. The sale will display in the center column.
NOTE: If the keyboard displays on the screen, tap the triangle to close it (Fig. B).

2. Tap the receipt in the center column.
3. Tap REFUND ITEMS or FULL REFUND.
4. To refund items, select the items in the list to be refunded. 5. Tap CALCULATE REFUND.
6. Tap REFUND.
7. Tap PRINT RECEIPT at the top right of the screen.
