ASSIGN CO-CHAIRS
Book Fair co-chairs help with the overall operation of the Book Fair, serving as your right hand, and heading up a committee or two.
ASSIGN A VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Designate a Volunteer Coordinator to use the Volunteer Tool to create a sign-up sheet and share via email and on social media.
CHOOSE VOLUNTEER ROLES
Take a look at the volunteer role descriptions on page 6. Familiarize yourself with the skills and responsibilities needed for each position.
