BEFORE YOU START:
Co-Chair
Serve as the Book Fair chairperson’s right hand to assist with the overall operation of the Book Fair.
Fair Breakdown Assistant
Repack books and products after the Book Fair ends and assist with cleanup.
Fair Setup Assistant
Unpack books and products and set up Book Fair cases (not applicable to Tabletop Fairs) and tables in a shopper-friendly arrangement.
Online Coordinator
Promote the school’s Book Fair and events, as well as the Book Fair homepage and Online Fair on social media using #mybookfair.
Restock Assistant
Help restock items that have sold out during the Book Fair.
Special Events Assistant
Help with special Book Fair activities, such as a family night, to increase participation.
Student Shopping Helper
Help shoppers locate books and assist students with their wish lists.
Theme & Decorations
Help create decorations and props to transform the Book Fair into an exciting community event.
Volunteer Coordinator
Recruits and manages the volunteer team using the Volunteer Tool.

Advertising Assistant
Get the word out with yers, letters, and emails to faculty and parents at your school.
All for BooksTM Coordinator
Help plan activities and contests to generate donations to buy books for the school and your students.
Book Fair Preview Coordinator
Help coordinate the Book Fair Preview to offer a sneak peek of the Fair.
Book Fair Volunteer
Help the Book Fair chairperson with a variety of tasks.
Booktalk Coordinator
Promote new books on the Fair by reading them aloud and booktalking to share highlights in fun ways.
Cashier
Use the Scholastic EasyScan® system (Case Fairs) or Scholastic’s Online Credit Card Processing system (Tabletop Fairs) to process customer purchases at the Fair.
Classroom Wish List Coordinator
Encourage participation in the Classroom Wish List program and help teachers set up their wish lists online or with the Book Fairs app.
