A little bit of professionally produced, promotional help is

located in your Planning Kit box.

From posters to booklists, we’ve given

you some materials to start building an advertising campaign. Just add your Fair

details where needed. Then, brainstorm attention-getting ideas with your Student

Crew and volunteers to include in your Book Fair advertising blitz.

Create labels promoting Fair dates,

times, and location and then

attach to booklists. Pass out to

students one week before your Fair.

Contain messages to parents about

importance of summer reading.

Directional Arrows

Make a path of arrows, directing shoppers

through your school and into your Fair.

Indoor Posters

Fill in the dates, times, and location of your Fair. Hang in the busiest areas of your school. Three

different versions of posters include backsides with two smaller posters (one in Spanish), a goal

chart, and reading inspiration.

Attract attention to books displayed on
